Αγαπητοί φίλοι ,
Παρακάτω θα βρείτε οδηγίες για την παραλαβή του πιστοποιητικού σας.
Μπείτε στο γνωστό site www.alsg.org/vle με τον κωδικό σας και εκεί βρείτε και επιλέξτε το Σεμινάριο που έχετεσυμμετάσχει (πχ. APLS in Greece on 09/05/2008 Co-ordinator/Instructor: Georgios Briassoulis).
Αφού μπείτε, στην αριστερή πλευρά θα δείτε το “Feedback Questionnaire”. Πρέπει να το συμπληρώσετε υποχρεωτικά και αφού το υποβάλετε, προχωρήστε στην έκδοση του πιστοποιητικού σας.
Προσέξτε: πριν δώσετε την εντολή για την έκδοση του πιστοποιητικού, ελέγξτε στο “edit profile” (δεξιά κάτω στη σελίδα), με ποιο τρόπο είναι γραμμένο το όνομα σας. Ίσως μερικοί έχουν γράψει με όλα τα γράμματα μικρά, ή έχουν βάλει το υποκοριστικό τους. Διορθώστε στο προφίλ σας για να εκδοθεί το πιστοποιητικό με το όνομα που ακριβώς θέλετε,γραμμένο με τους σωστούς λατινικούς χαρακτήρες. Ατομικές κάρτες Ανανηπτών APLS (APLS Provider blue badges),έχουν πάψει πλέον να εκδίδονται και έχουν αντικατασταθεί από αυτό το πιστοποιητικό, το οποίο αποτελεί επίσημο υπογεγραμμένο έγγραφο, φέρει την πιστοποίηση του ALSG και φυσικά μπορείτε να το «κατεβάσετε» όσες φορές θέλετε.

CERTIFICATES & FEEDBACK

The certificates for your recent course are now available to download on the VLE –just to remind you these are to be found on the specific course venue and datefor your course. You will only be able to download these when you have completed the Feedback Questionnaire which can also be found on the same page.
Before you print your certificate you might want to check your profile and make sure that your first name and surname appear as you want them to on your certificate. Once you have printed your certificate we will be unable to change this.
The certificate is issued in conjunction with the following Life Support Course Disclaimer:
The award by the AdvancedLife Support Group of a Certificate Card indicates that you have successfullycompleted a course and by inference have undertaken active participation. The certificate does not constitute a certificate of competence nor a licence to practise as further training is recommended and you may not be authorised to use these skills within your employment.In some situations a disabled candidate might successfully pass all of the theoretical aspects of a course but, due to a disability, be unable to complete all of the physical course requirements.
Employers are themselves directly responsible for establishing that their staff have the capabilities requisite to their clinical setting – this is essential in the interests of patient health and safety.
Accordingly, they must not rely to any extent on the holding by an individual of a Certificate of Qualification from the Advanced Life Support Group as lessening their responsibility in that respect.
The certificate is valid for 4 years and it is recommended that providers recertify at the end of the 4year period.
